In a few areas on our web site, we ask you to provide personal information that will enable us to enhance your visit and service your needs.

For example, we request information from you when you:

• Enroll in our biweekly service

To calculate your mortgage savings, we will ask for your Loan Amount, Interest Rate, and Current Monthly Payment. This information is not recorded in any way.

To request information, we will ask for your Name, Address, Email, and Phone. This information is used by us to follow up with you.

While enrolling in our biweekly service, we will ask for the following information: Name, Address, Work/Home Phone, Email, Date of Loan Origination, Original Loan Amount, Account Number, Term, Interest Rate, Monthly Payment information, and any Additional Payment requested. We will also request the Name, Address, Phone, Type of Account, and Account Number for your bank and your lender. Your SSN is used as your personal ID and for verification and security purposes, we ask for your Mother's Maiden Name and Date of Birth.

The information you provide will be kept confidential and used to 1) support your relationship with Manage Your Mortgage, and 2) perform the biweekly servicing of your loan.

We use information such as your name, address, phone, and email to contact you regarding any inquiries you may have. Your bank and lender address, phone, and account numbers are used to perform the electronic transactions necessary to service your loan payments.

Agents or contractors of Manage Your Mortgage who have access to your information are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Manage Your Mortgage. Under no circumstances will the information you provide be used in a manner different than what is described in this privacy policy.

Information we have collected from you will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent. Your information may be shared with agents or contractors of Manage Your Mortgage in order to service your biweekly program. These agents or contractors are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Manage Your Mortgage.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We strive to keep your information as accurate as possible. During the enrollment process, you will be given the opportunity to review your information prior to final submission. If you find that any of your information is inaccurate, please contact us.

Your enrollment information is accessible via the Internet for review and/or editing. Not all person information may be edited online. If the information you need to change is not editable online, please contact us. For example, if you need to change your mailing address, this may indicate a move and therefore a change to the servicing of your loan. In order to protect your loan servicing from inadvertant interruptions, we may require you to contact us to make certain changes. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
